Help Feed Hungry Children in South Africa

Hi All,

This project can sound like a broken record. We have over 9,000 children that look to us for a meal but sadly we can't afford to feed them all daily. While we try our best we look to ensure we provide a nutritious meal at least once or twice a week to each child around the world we support. 

It is heartbreaking for our teams and we are working hard to fundraise so we can do more, we have to also be aware of building sustainability in this project therefore we have decided to take a very tough decision of 80/20. Therefore every $1 we get in 2024 and beyond 80% will purchase a meal and 20% will go into a pot that will help us save up and fund a sustainable option at each school, this will unclude veggie gardens and chicken farms for the school to reduce their food bill and eventually bring it down to Zero! Making this project long ter sustainable. 

Now we also do not want to reduce the number of meals provided daily as we know this is not enough so our teams are working hard to already getting the low cost of $1 a meal down to 80cents a meal, this means for every $1 donated we can continue to feeding the same number of children while we save and invest in the longer term strategy for feeding our children.

It's a tough straregy but together we will do it!
