Don Bosco Veedu has provided food kit to more than 50 families who are underprivilaged and financially weak. The kit included all the basic and necessary food items which could be used for a longer period of time. The nutrition and quality of the food items were also ensured.
Don Bosco have been working relentlessly for the welfare of the underprivilaged and poor in the district. In Trivandrum, there are a lot of families who live in extreme poverty and are still neglected by the government. The majority of the underprivilaged population lives in urban slums in dangerous living conditions which are unhygenic too. Providing food items would help the parents feed their children and keep the family from starving. This way this small act of kindness helps in nurturing a whole community,
