For many displaced families in Syria, hunger is no longer an occasional hardship. It has become part of daily life.
Parents are forced to make painful choices: reduce the number of meals, buy less nutritious food, or go without so their children can eat.
Your support helped change that reality, even if only for a while.
Through Saed Relief and Development, essential food baskets reached dozens of vulnerable families living through displacement and severe economic hardship.
Inside each basket were everyday essentials—flour, rice, oil, sugar, and legumes—but for the families receiving them, these items meant something much greater.
They meant a mother could prepare a proper meal.
They meant children could eat without their parents worrying about what would be available the next day.
They meant a family facing constant uncertainty could feel, for a moment, that someone was standing beside them.
This is what your generosity looks like in real life.
It becomes food on a table.
It becomes relief in a parent’s heart.
It becomes dignity for a family that has endured far too much.
To every person who contributed: thank you for making this support possible.
There are still many families waiting for the same relief.
With your continued compassion, we can keep reaching them—one family, one basket, and one meal at a time.
With sincere gratitude,
