Summary

Thousands of displaced families in Yemen are struggling to survive without enough food. This project will provide 1,000 life-saving food baskets to internally displaced and highly vulnerable families in conflict-affected areas, prioritizing families with children and women. Each basket will sustain a family for one month, helping prevent hunger and malnutrition. Your support will ensure families can survive this crisis with dignity and hope. $25 can help feed a family in need.

Challenge

Yemen is facing one of the world's worst humanitarian crises. Millions of people have been displaced by years of conflict, economic collapse, and rising food prices. Displaced families often have no stable income and struggle to afford even basic meals. The most affected families are facing a high risk of hunger and malnutrition. Many families are forced to skip meals, reduce portion sizes, or rely on unsafe coping mechanisms just to survive. Without urgent support, their situation will continue

Solution

This project will provide 1,000 food baskets to internally displaced and vulnerable families in Yemen, each covering one month of essential food needs. By targeting the most at-risk households, it will reduce hunger, prevent malnutrition, and help families avoid harmful coping strategies, while restoring dignity and stability during displacement.

Long-Term Impact

By improving access to food, this project will help vulnerable families protect their health, reduce malnutrition, and avoid harmful coping strategies such as skipping meals or child labor. Better food security supports children's development, strengthens family resilience, and helps communities remain stable while longer-term recovery and livelihood opportunities are developed.
