Food and Emergency Support for Internal Refugees

Warm greetings and thank you very much for supporting our project. We are focusing on improving farming livelihoods among small-scale farmers by the growing of multiple crops and integrating animals in the farm activities.  The changing climate and weather conditions makes farming difficult but we are making sure that we are implementing climate-smart technologies and approaches. Our strategy is to provide farmers with farming inputs like fertilizer and seeds as well as continuous technical assistance in the field. We also provide working animals like water buffalo and cows to our farmers as well as provide them with supply of forage planting materials. This reporting period we are able to reach-out to 5 farmers and their families. Thank you very much for your kindness and generosity.

Dear Friend,

Thank you very much for your donation to our project. We are happy to report that we have reached-out to 90 beneficiaries during this reporting period. Our approach to implementing this project in a meaningful way is to provide the tools and know-how for local villagers mainly farmers and their families to grow their own food. Our project areas are blessed with good, fertile soil, rainfall and climate conducive for farming. We provide inputs such as seeds, fertilizer and small farming tools. Our training is mostly hand-on and done in the farmers’ own fields. We employ volunteers helping in the various activities related to this project. Hoping for your continuing support.
