Then we must make a phone call to phone No.108 for Ambulance and tell the location of the disaster affected place. When we check an unconscious persons health condition at first we must check the particular person’s living condition by holding the wrist portion pulse rate also huts be checked. If it is hot recognized we can check whether he is alive or not. If it is not recognized we can check the pulse at jaw or fore head. Upon the chest of the disaster affected person we shall keep our earn and hear the heart beat. If it is also not recognized we shall lay our palm upon his chest and press there. If we do so the heart begins to beat again. This person then must be carried to a ventilated place. After these arrangements were at the place of injury and building we must keep a clean cloth and make a bandage upon that to avoid the bleeding again. If he has any fracture upon his hand or leg. Being seen the location of the fracture we can keep the sticks upon the injury cover them with the bandage cloth tightly tie. Before tying the bandage the flat sticks shall be kept up & down the fracture carefully. It was also advised in what manner the people must provide First Aid Service to those who are entangled in building demolitions and those who are entangled with in the flood water. It was also taught how to redeem the  victims who are entangled in the fire  accidents and got injured At first we must cover and roll them upon the to quench fire.  Also we must provide him water to drink. In ahead of time as a pre caution we must know about the high places, buildings with enough safety etc. as soon as the disaster warning is announced. If we do we can move the affected people easily to the places of protection. In places affected by heavy rain and flood usually the drinking water would have been defiled with the infection spreading germs, mosquitoes, virus, Bacteria etc. If we drink the water defiled in these manners we well are affected with same infections and any contagious disease.
