Among the Lives human lives are very import. Being done the First Aid Service for the Human lives and protect them from the disaster is an important affair. That is why such an explanation was given through a disaster. When we think about where we can offer this Training Programme it came to our mind that so many villages have been affected even without a single hospital and are suffering severely. Among them we chose some of the villages and try to provide them the Disaster Management Training of which One Training was providing First Aid Training for a person suffering from chest pain. Training proved that the First Aid Training is a necessary one. By this Training, vulnerable community in the village Vanaramutti found the Training as an important one and the necessity of the Training and the Training to the village people was very much appreciated. Even the person who to ached the border of the death has been protected from the death. Also we can protect the particular disaster affected main before the doctor arrives at his place.
EXPLAMATION ABOUT FIRST AID:
Some of us have the experience of suffering from chest pain. What shall we do during that occasion? When two or more persons go somewhere one person is affected with chest pain. Accidentally, falls down what must we do during that situation? At first we must see the surrounding situation. We must carry the affected person to a well ventilated protected location and help him to lay comfortably? Why do we do so? Sometimes we might be in the Road for travel. That is why we may also meet any accident. To avoid that and also for the protection of the affected person we do so. If he is in the sleeping or unconscious condition, we must try to awake him. If he is not awake, we shall make a phone call for Ambulance (Phone No.108). Also we can make a phone call to nearby hospital if the Ambulance is delayed. Then we must check whether he has any injury upon his body. Also we must check his breath by keeping our fingers near his hospitals. Also we can but our palm upon his chest and check his respiration is Does he has the regular breath in or does he have any breathing Trouble. If our palm rises and lowers it is evident that the disaster affected persons are alive or dead.
Also we must check his pulse rate upon the affected person’s left hand wrist with our 3 fingers of the right hand. If the pulse beat is found right, he is healthy. If the pulse is not recognized at the lower portion of the neck also we can check the pulse. In that place we must keep our 3 fingers of the right hand. From this portion blood is supplied to brain we can check this pulse also. If the person is still found unconscious, we must do the life protecting First Aid. This must be done very carefully. Up on the chest of the affected person, we must keep our both the hand fingers. One hand up on another hand should be kept in the center portion of the chest, and that portion should be pressed gently. In this manner 30 times chest must be pressed then we must keep our mouth up on the mouth of the unconscious person and blow air into his mouth. After that again with the help of our 2 hands pressure shall be given upon the patients center portion of the chest for 30 times again. Following this the unconscious person will get up. An important point to be noted is the pressure must be given only in the center portion of the chest not on the left side of the chest. If we give pressure on the left side of the chest bones on the chest maybe fractured. In order to avoid this problem we must particularly on the centre portion of the chest and it will be safe. And the affected person will come into life soon by our proper First Aid Help Treatment then we can take him to the Doctor for further Treatment. If we do so the First Aid Treatment properly we can save the human lives being know the First Aid Treatment would be helpful. Especially anybody is suffering from chest pain he can be treated properly and there as much as possible to protect the accident met person or one who is having chest pain. Who so ever it may be even our enemy we must protect the person who is suffering from chest pain or who met any accident and found in unconscious condition, because human lift is very precious. If we protect a family particularly that person’s whole family by the training acquired properly anybody can be helpful to protect many lives in any occasion and provide minor Treatments. In this Training programme many village Flood affected community got benefited and they are grateful Global Giving and also implementing NGO, Chevalier Roche Society.

During the last year 2015 people in the Karuppur Village were affected much by the rain flood. Reason for this is the people in this village had no awareness about the Rain flood disaster. They suffered much really to come away from that problem. Therefore we decided that it is necessary Awareness among them to project not only themselves but also others. Trainings were provided to people of this village to protect themselves from the Rain Flood, Tremor etc. When somebody gets injured on hand, leg or head low should we protect themselves, offered First Aid service, avoidance of building from any before taking them to the hospital organ of the body. In order provide complete knowledge about these trainings were offered to them
FIRST AID TRAINING: First Aid Training was offered to this village people regarding the provision of First Aid Treatment to a head injured person or how they should provide First Aid treatment to the people who have fracture on hands or legs It was informed that the trainings must check the victims at first if they have the lives or not, In this manner First Aid Training was offered to them. In order to check the living condition of a person we must bring our hand towards the nose of the unconscious person or we can check his pulse rate by holding his wrist three fingers towards his thumb, or at his neck or on temples of the fore head. If these are not recognized we can keep our ear upon the heart portion of the victim. During this occasion we can know if the disaster affected person is alive or not. Heart beat will be known when we keep our ear upon the disaster affected persons left side of the chest. If the bleeding is too much from the injured area, with our thumb in the cleaned condition we must tightly press the injured area. Following that with a wet cloth if we do so bleeding would be stopped. In the case of a person got injured at his hand what type of First Aid can be provided to him or her. It was explained clearly if a person gets injured on hand and fractures to avoid the pain on both the sides of the hand 2 sticks or foot seals shall be kept and tied with the cloth tightly to avoid the dislocation of bones it must be done. Also a long thin cloth should be covered the neck and hand properly. Injured hand should not be allowed to hang down. If needs injured person. Following this he want feel much pain with his hand in this manner first was taught to the village people with the practical demonstration.
MOCK DRILL PROGRAMME: Also it was taught after First Aid Treatment gets over for the injured person how can we carry that person from his house to No.108 Ambulance waiting on the road. It was also taught with the practical demonstration In the case of an injured person who is unable walk in what manner he should we brought down to the ground floor from the up stains. This person can be carried with the help of two persons. These two volunteers utilizing their hands they can fake a chair like from and they can carry victim to the desired place. If that person is in the unconscious condition we can take a bed sheet or thick Dhoti or saree and form it like a small cot or stretcher and upon that cloth the unconscious person can be laid and 4 persons can easily carry him or her by holding the 4 corners of the bed sheet If we do so, the injured person will not feel much pain. Regarding this we gave many suggestions to the community in this village earlier they were ignorant of the disaster and Risks, resection of those, How to manage the problems according to the situation?
