Since we submit this project, Mr. Andrew Mc Gregor has consistently supported our objetive of reaching women to empower them to achieve their sustainability through their manufacturing specialty. We pride him not for the amounts provided, but for his inspirational support. He has believed and been persistent in helping us. Joining his three small donations, we are now inmersed in the production of new materials for the fourth program to be implemented from October to November 2016, providing at least 20 more women with the soft skills and instrumental tools to achieve their economic independence.
Studies has proven soft skills serve to improve the business performance of women involved in converting their abilities into productive entrepreneur initiatives. Effective Communications, written skills, The importance to highlight positive aspects out of negative situations and sales abilities are part of the ones included within this program.
