As part of the Project, with cummulative donations received we have accomplished the first cohort of women attended by the program integrated by 16 women from low income areas within the Chacao Municipality in Caracas, Venezuela. These women have joined interests and abilities and have already initiated their production teams mostly in the food produces and delicacies areas, being "Delicious" and "Ana's Salt and sweets", as well as an artisan natural soap factory integrated by women artisans named "5Xentidos" and two bijoux initiatives. These women have identifed their personal interests and abilities and have learnt how to put them to work to achieve their goals, have gained confidence, have understood they were producing at lost and have learnt how to calculate their producs costs and break even point. It is has been a very positive first experience andn hope to continue with new groups based on donations received. The Municipality is grateful for the impact in their communities development and the indirect population that will also be benefited from this initiative.
