The SAI Orphanages Program remains committed to improving the lives of orphaned children across Venezuela through a focus on nutrition and health. Throughout 2025, we successfully delivered a total of 33,542 lbs of food and essential supplies across the facilities we support. This total includes the most recent distributions of the year, ensuring that children received a consistent supply of protein-rich foods, fresh fruits, and vegetables. This coordinated effort has led to a visible improvement in the children's nutritional status and overall well-being despite the challenging economic landscape.
Beyond nutrition, our team provided continuous medical care to 200 orphans during the year. Our dedicated medical team conducted regular visits for consultations and laboratory testing to detect and treat common conditions. These services are critical to ensuring each child has the foundation of preventative medicine they need to grow up healthy and safe. By addressing both nutritional deficits and medical needs simultaneously, we have achieved the best possible health outcomes for the vulnerable children in our care.
The progress achieved throughout 2025 was made possible through our essential partnerships and the continued support of our donors. Every contribution brings us closer to providing not just food and medicine, but also stability and hope for these children. While we are proud of the impact achieved this year, we remain focused on the ongoing needs of the orphanages we serve. Together, we are building a healthier future and making a lasting difference in the lives of those who need it most.
