Fighting child malnutrition in poor areas of Peru

Project Report | Nov 10, 2023
Project's update information

By Nalda Loli | Project Leader

Several months have passed since our last report and we can say that we have made significant progress in this time. We are already treating around 50 children suffering from anaemia, but together with their parents, we are striving to improve their knowledge of foods and preparations rich in iron that will allow them to feed their children adequately.

So far, some children have been discharged because they have overcome their anaemia, but that does not make us lower our guard, on the contrary, we continue to monitor these families, in order to maintain an optimal state of health.

On the other hand, we still need your support. We are working on the ground, but we need the support of many to enable us to continue our work.
