Dear supporter,
Thank you for contributing to La Nuestra Football Feminista. These are a few updates from us from the past three months.
Together with the Feminist Assembly of Villa 31, we organized a soccer tournament on the occasion of the Day of Lesbian Visibility in Guemes field, with the presence of more than 100 people. We conditioned and renewed sports material to start training for 2023 for the five categories in the three fields where we train. We held pedagogical meetings with the technical team of 15 teachers to plan the training sessions.
In the next three months, we aim to set up an interdisciplinary committee to provide comprehensive support to the players. For this purpose, we will have a psychologist and a social worker joining the team. We will also participate in tournaments for the U8, U10, U12, U14 and U16 categories organized by the Children's Soccer Committee of Barrio 31. We will give a workshop on Integral Sexual Education for adolescents and sustain two weekly training sessions for 200 players.
