Horizon Mission Africa is helping provide nutritious school meals to vulnerable children at Christian Family School, located in Korogocho, a low-income community in Nairobi, Kenya. We currently support meals for 50 children and aim to expand the program toward reaching all 200 students. Your support will help provide nutritious meals, strengthen attendance and concentration, and ensure fewer children have to learn while hungry.
In underserved communities such as Korogocho in Nairobi, many children attend school facing serious food insecurity. At Christian Family School, we currently provide meals to 50 of the youngest children, while others watch them eat. Those who miss out may end up begging or scavenging for food. Hunger affects concentration, attendance, and learning, and increases children's vulnerability. No child should have to watch another child eat or choose between food and education.

Feeding Hope aims to sustainably serve all 200 children at Christian Family School, while partnering with other organizations to identify vulnerable children in other underserved schools. Our $10,000 goal is a practical first step toward growth. Every meal helps a child learn with dignity, energy, and hope. No child should have to watch another child eat.
