QUATORLY REPORT April to July 2011
Feed and educate 600 orphans in Uganda for one year. The project currently supports 46 children at the orphanage and 380 orphans and vulnerable children of EDAPO at EDAPO Primary School, some of whom are HIV infected. Briefly and particularly, EDAPO members, Board members and children were all excited to register a remarkable and historical success on global giving 2011 April challenge.
EDAPO is very grateful and exceedingly humbled to her supporters through global giving. It is five years since EDAPO was founded but has had a very embarrassing, terrible and heartbreaking experience in its Fundraising. It was a turning point and wonderful moment in April challenge for EDAPO to discover that on planet Earth lives people who care, and can sacrifice for the sake of others dire need. we sincerely thank you and feel blessed to be part of the answer to the innocent suffering souls.
Just as in reference to our previous proposal, the money contributed during the April challenge was enough to pay tuition, buy food and heath bills for 60 children for a period of three months. In order that all our children feel our supporters Love, blessing and concern, some balance was used to buy food (lunch) for all the 600 for 26days.
We appreciate God and Mother Nature for having given us wonderful supporters of EDAPO, right people when we need them most. Your contribution is very meaningful to the lives of these Angels. Please allow me to humbly request that you continue with that spirit of love and service and if possible you contact some more friends of yours to support our project because the gap to fill is still big as we need to raise enough money tuition, food, health and put permanent structures for our orphans.
May God continue to bless you, your effort and families
