Malnutrition remains one of the most serious consequences of food insecurity. Children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and elderly individuals are particularly vulnerable to nutritional deficiencies that can affect health and development.
Across northern Nigeria, millions remain at risk of acute malnutrition as food insecurity continues to worsen. Humanitarian assistance plays a critical role in preventing severe outcomes and protecting vulnerable populations.
