The Human Story Behind Every Ruin
By JACKSON AMEH | Project Leader
Behind Every Destroyed Home Is a Family.
When conflict tears through a community, what remains is more than just destruction—it’s the silence of lives interrupted. Each demolished house in Benue tells a story of a family forced to abandon the comfort of their own space, treasured memories, and a life built over years.
Now, these families must confront the daily hardships of displacement: where to find their next meal, how to keep their children safe, and how to make it through another night without a roof over their heads.
Through the Feed Displaced Families in Benue, Nigeria project, we’re working to meet these urgent needs. We deliver food, water, and vital supplies directly into the hands of those who need them most—offering a glimmer of hope and a reminder that they are not alone.
Every act of kindness—every donation—reminds a family that while their home may be gone, the world has not forgotten them.
Your support today can help transform despair into hope and uncertainty into renewed faith in humanity.

From Rubble to Resilience-Supporting Families

Behind Every Destroyed Home Is a Family.
A destroyed home is much more than lost bricks and mortar—it is the loss of safety, memories, and dreams. For families in Benue, violence has stripped away everything familiar. The heartbreak doesn’t end with escape; it continues in the form of hunger, inadequate shelter, and relentless uncertainty.
Despite these hardships, families show incredible resilience. But resilience needs support. Through Feed Displaced Families in Benue, Nigeria, we are committed to helping families turn devastation into a new beginning. We deliver food, hygiene supplies, and essential care, so families can regain strength, dignity, and hope.
As the crisis persists, every gift matters. Your support means a family can eat tonight, a child can rest safely, and parents can focus on rebuilding—not just surviving.
You have the power to help families rise from the rubble. Let your kindness be the foundation on which they rebuild their lives.
Donate. Share. Give Hope.

Please Don't Wait for the Next Headline
By JACKSON AMEH | Project Leader
When a major attack occurs in Benue State, it briefly captures international attention. News headlines highlight the death toll, striking images are circulated, and an initial wave of shock resonates globally. However, as the media spotlight shifts elsewhere, the profound needs of displaced families remain unresolved.
- Hunger continues.
- Displacement endures.
- Trauma lingers within affected communities.
Frequently, before one community can begin to heal, another tragedy unfolds. In April 2026, an attack in Gwer West claimed 17 civilian lives. Just months later, Otukpo-Nobi faced another deadly assault. This recurring pattern illustrates why urgent, ongoing support is required—rather than waiting for the next crisis to make headlines.
Through the Feed Displaced Families in Benue, Nigeria project, GoGreen works directly with vulnerable and displaced families whose struggles do not end when the cameras leave. Their daily reality includes:
- The ongoing need for nutritious food
- The necessity for clean water for children and adults alike
- Access to basic hygiene materials for women and girls
- Secure places to sleep for those who fled with nothing
Our ability to respond rapidly and effectively depends on compassionate individuals like you. If you have donated before, we extend our sincere gratitude. Today, we invite you to consider supporting us again—or to share our appeal with others who may be able to help.
Do not wait for the next headline to remind the world of Benue’s ongoing crisis. The need is urgent, and your support can make an immediate and meaningful difference.
Together, we can ensure that families who survived the violence also survive the aftermath.
