Dear all,
This project is an ice breaker to many families. Women have continued to enjoy this project without any worry. Their objective is being met and highly maintained. For these number of years other women groups who are not members of SEREP women project are now using the same initiative of acquiring palm Oil in bulk and distributing to members as they pay after a month.
Self Reliance and Its Palm oil project is moving mountains and news is spreading and many groups and trying to do the same thing at their own level which can not in any way be compared to what we are doing.
Last December, they enjoyed the best part of this project because before the prices skyrocketed we had bought it earlier and they has their Oil at the lowest price possible.
This is one of the project’s objective to buy in bulk when prizes are low and release it with the prizes are high yet to give to these poor women at the lowest cost possible.
Palms have now started producing oil and we will be preparing to other a huge consignment so that before august when the prizes shall start changing we will be releasing it again on or before September we must have giving it out and then get another consignment to give out in December when the supply must of dropped thereby forcing the price to skyrocket.
Feel free to promote this project because the we have limited the number of beneficiaries because of lack of adequate funds.
