The Feed 500 Hungry Children in Kano project is currently in its early stage, with fundraising efforts focused on securing the resources needed to provide consistent, nutritious meals to vulnerable children. The project has a total funding goal of $1,000,000, with $1,000,000 currently remaining and no donations or monthly donors recorded at this stage. Funding will support the purchase, preparation, and distribution of daily meals to 500 children through schools and community hubs.
Although significant funding is still required, the project remains a priority because reliable access to food is essential for children's health, school attendance, concentration, and development. Continued fundraising and donor engagement will be critical to moving the project from the current fundraising stage into sustained meal distribution and measurable community impact.
