Feed 1275 slum dwellers for a year in Thailand

Every week, Hand to Hand Foundation continues to support approximately 250 families from vulnerable communities across Pattaya. While food and practical assistance remain an important part of this programme, our work is also about building relationships and creating a community where families know they are not alone.

Many families are able to visit us each week. When they come, we spend time together playing games, singing songs, talking and sharing in community. These gatherings give families an opportunity to meet others, build friendships and find comfort and encouragement in the people around them.

We want everyone who visits Hand to Hand to feel welcome. It is not simply a place to come and receive food. It is a place where relationships can grow and where families can find friendship, support and a sense of belonging.

We also recognise that not every family is able to come to us. Some face difficulties that make leaving their homes challenging. For these families, we go to them. Our team visits families in their homes and communities to deliver food and essential supplies, check how they are doing, spend time with them and make sure they continue to feel connected and supported.

These regular visits also allow us to better understand the changing needs of individual families. Whether families come to us or we go to them, our goal remains the same: to provide practical support while continuing to build genuine relationships.

Through the generosity of our supporters, Hand to Hand can continue reaching approximately 250 families every week with food, friendship, encouragement and community.
