The continued donations from GlobalGiving have been of great support to our organization. Feeding our sheltered women and their children is one of the basic activities of Agatha Amani House and this feels a great achievement. We have been able to continuously provide balanced diet to them all, even with an increased number of women and children.
Apart from the daily to daily feeding, the donations also greatly enabled us to take our residents for a nature walk during Christmas and the New Year celebrations that were done in a more special way. We also made it to have a jubilee birthday celebration for all the women and their children where we celebrated their birthdays together, shared a cake and also appreciated each other. During the valentine day on 14th February 2022, we celebrated our residents and staff, sharing words of love and encouragement.
