Project Report | Nov 27, 2017
It's been a fruitful year-thank you

By Nqobile Nkiwane | Information Officer

First of all The Forum for African Women Educationalists Zimbabwe Chapter-(FAWEZI) wishes to thank you all dear donors for your continued support. We also want to acknowledge and appreciate all our new donors – we are very excited to have you on board. Thank you for believing in our cause.

As shared in our last report our first beneficiary of the Global Giving Funds has completed her Ordinary level after seating for the national examinations this November and we expect good results so that we enrol her for Advanced level come 2018.

FAWEZI is also happy to say we will continue supporting our beneficiaries who are currently in form 3 through to next year in which we will also support them with examination registration fees for their National exams too-all thanks to you our generous givers.

We continue to give all our girls tuition fees, uniforms, stationary and sanitary wear and with your continued support we are aiming to grow our numbers of beneficiaries. FAWEZI will definitely be enrolling a new batch of beneficiaries in 2018 and give them an opportunity to attain a basic education.

This project is of relevance to our vision of reducing the gender disparities in education and as we always say not all hope is lost for the teen moms and other out of school girls in the Epworth-Mabvuku-Tafara District.

FAWEZI will continue to request your support in taking them back into the classroom and together we can celebrate their success.

Our intention as an organisation is to take these girls and more up to tertiary level so that they become citizens who are able to contribute positively to the development of their country.

Kindly consider donating on this Tuesday 27 November #Giving Tuesday and Year-End Campaigns so that we enrol a bigger number as we end the year.

We are grateful to have you on board.

Stay up to date on FAWEZI in general here and at www.fawezi.org.

From all of us at FAWEZI, thank you
