Challenge

The families live in some of the poorest areas in Guatemala, with limited access to food and clean water and often have to worry about where their next meal is coming from.

Solution

The GOD'S CHILD Project provides families in our program with fresh veggies, fruits, and other nutritional/sustainable options from local farmers and restaurants in Guatemala every single week.

Long-Term Impact

With this basic necessity met, families are able to provide themselves and their children with healthy, nutritional food creating a more sustainable lifestyle. "It is a great blessing to have the pizza, vegetables and also the clothes. It is hard for us when we don't have work, especially with children in the house. It is a big help. It means we don't go hungry for 3 to 4 days. It is a blessing." Erick Garcia
