I am B. S, I have four children and we live in Karte Nau of Kabul.

My husband was an officer in the national army, since the curent government came, my husband is unemployed, he tried very hard to get a new job, but he could not, and he is currently working as a daily wage earner, by very difficulty he find work for one or two days a week, but it is not a permanent job.

With my husband's daily work, our income is so low that even we cannot buy dry bread for the family.

My husband and I don't eat most of the time and we try to feed our children.

My son A, who is one-year-old and only drinks my breast milk, has severe malnutrition, because I have very little milk in my breast and sometimes when I am very hungry there is not even any milk Because Ahmed is malnourished, he gets sick very quickly, every doctor tells me that you should eat enough food, drink a lot of milk, soup and fruit juice so that your milk will increase so that your baby can be fed through your milk. But our economy is so bad that we cannot prepare normal food for our self.

We are very grateful to God for giving us this Darman clinic, and like us, they treats many poor people. All the personnel of this clinic are very kind and treat the patients well and friendly.

My son is under treatment and he has improved a lot, his weight has increased, his skin has become clear and he does not get sick soon as before.
