This report provides a comprehensive update on the medical status, immediate housing transition, and final travel arrangements for our girl with severe scoliosis and her mother. Following a monumental and successful treatment period, this sweet child has officially achieved her major recovery milestones. We are thrilled to announce that she has been formally released from Shriners Hospital. The focus of her care team has now shifted from acute clinical intervention to a community-supported transition phase, ensuring her continued physical strength and emotional well-being as we prepare for her return home to Kenya.

Her progress has been nothing short of extraordinary. She has officially completed her time in halo traction, a rigorous and challenging phase of her orthopedic treatment that she handled with immense bravery. Furthermore, she has officially graduated from hospital living—and, much to her delight, is completely done with hospital food.

Today, the young teen is standing tall and walking proud. Her physical transformation is matched only by her vibrant spirit; she is thriving, gaining strength daily, and radiating excitement about the prospect of going home. Her medical team is fully satisfied with her structural stability and overall healing, clearing her for a safe discharge into a residential environment.

We are officially on the home stretch. They will board their flight back to Kenya - back home - in less than two weeks. This triumphant outcome is a direct result of collective dedication, medical excellence, and a deeply compassionate community network. We are close to sending her home—healthy, upright, and full of hope for the future.

Thank you for your support!
