Expanding education in Cambodia

Thank you for your ongoing support.  Your donations help provide educational resources for a range of learners and teachers.

One of our key focus areas is children's learning and development.  If students get a good start to their education, it can give them a solid foundation for learning in their future years.  Already this year we have conducted over 340 lessons reaching over 700 students in their formative learning years. Your valuable support allows us to purchase resources such as story books, posters and other resources all that help reinforce learning concepts and make learning engaging and interesting.

Importantly we have also had six teachers involved in learning sessions where they can learn new ideas, and learn to incorporate a range of resources in classes in order to enhance student learning.

Another key area is Adult Learning. Adults can attend lessons to learn English. Our Adult learning program is  based on TEFL methodologies. So far this year we have conducted 181 Adult learning workshops for 48 Adult learners. Once again, the resources we are able to use, thanks to your support, helps us to provide stimulating and interesting sessions for the adult learners.  

Recognizing the greater challenges in rural areas, we'rve continued to build partnerships in rural areas to bring quality education to under-served regions. Your support enables us to provide better books and resources to these schools and helps teachers deliver effective lessons.
