Building blocks for education

Firstly, thank you to our donors and dedicated followers who have organized campaigns. Your support is invaluable.

Our project focuses on enhancing education and skills. We support English education in classrooms, fostering fluency for better employment and further education opportunities. In the past three months, we've conducted over 300 lessons reaching 400+ school-age students. We've also conducted over 140 sessions for adult learners.

Continuing our Game Days has been a highlight in our education prorams. Incorporating educational games to enhance cognitive and physical skills. These sessions not only improve English proficiency but also serve as models for classroom activities.

We're also committed to improving school facilities through vibrant murals, creating a conducive learning environment.

Recognizing the greater challenges in rural areas, we're forging partnerships to bring quality education to under-served regions. Your support enables us to provide better books and resources to these schools and helps teachers deliver effective lessons.

Thank you for a positive start to our project. Your donations empower us to access diverse resources, supporting education in Siem Reap and rural areas.

New educational opportunities

We are excited to report that this new project is off to a great start!

Firstly thanks to those who have donated and particuarly our followers who have organised campaigns. Your support is very much appreciated.

Our project strives to build on education opportunities and expand skills. We have been doing this in a variety of ways.

We've been supporting in classrooms particularly with English education. In a country that has a high tourism market, developing fluent English skills can widen opportunities for employment and also for further education.In a global environment, English skills allow access to a wider range of online resources as well.

Since this project began three months ago, we have supported adults in over 140 lessons and school age students we have supported in over 160 lessons.

One of the fun activities we have introduced is Game Days. We have introduced a wide range of educational games that not only support cognitive learning but also physical skills. Students have loved working on their English skills in the context of some fun games. These sessions also model ideas that teacher may choose to adopt in their classroom programs.

Another initiative is to support schools to improve their building facilities. We have already been brightening the learning enviorment with murals that not only make the school look clean and fresh but can stimulate learners.

We recognise that challenges around education are far greater in the rural areas. As such we have been working hard to build partnerships to bring quality educational opportunities to areas where they are even more limited than in the Siem Reap. Your support will allow us to provide improved books and other resources to these schools and support teachers to deliver lessons effectively.

Once again, we thank you for helping this project get off to such a positive start. Your donations help us to access a wide range of resources to support education both in Siem Reap and the wider rural areas.
