Every Child Matters - Report

At Teach For Malaysia, we believe that every child deserves the chance to realise their potential, no matter their background. Every Child Matters is Teach For Malaysia's year-long fundraising campaign, dedicated to ensuring that children across Malaysia are empowered to build their own future through quality education.
Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, we have raised US$186 to date, helping provide quality education for 18 students.
Every contribution, no matter the amount, helps create meaningful change in a child's life. Thank you for your support and for believing in our mission. We look forward to continuing this journey together and creating even greater impact through initiatives like this in the future.

Every Child Matters - Report

The Every Child Matters Campaign utilised multiple areas to fundraise, including GlobalGiving as a platform. Across these platforms, we were able to raise RM66,028 that allowed for TFM to send out 300 Back to School kits to 2 PPR Communities in Klang Valley.
The Back to School Kits contained:
- A reusable tote bag
- Some Pens in different colours
- Pencils
- A Notebook
- Among other stationaries provided as necessary.
The kits were delivered to the students on the 19th of April. Please note that no photos of the children were taken due to our child protection policies. The location of the PPRs were in:
- Shah Alam - which received 150 kits and
- Kuala Lumpur - which received 150 kits
We are truly grateful for the support provided as this allowed 300 students to begin the school year with stationary readily available to them. Every little bit, goes a long way. Thank you for your support and we hope to do more projects like these in the future.
