One Day, They May Look Back at This Moment

By JACKSON AMEH | Project Leader

One day, a child we support today may be an adult looking back on their life.

They may remember the period when their family was displaced.

They may remember uncertainty.

They may remember being unable to attend school.

But perhaps they will also remember something else.

The moment things began moving forward again.

The day they received the materials they needed.

The day they returned to learning.

The teacher who welcomed them.

The first assignment they completed.

The examination they thought they would never have the opportunity to take.

And perhaps they will remember that during one of the hardest periods of their childhood, someone chose not to give up on them.

Through Every Child in Nigeria Deserves a Chance to Learn, GoGreen aims to create more of those turning points for 500 vulnerable children affected by conflict and displacement in Nasarawa State.

Your donation can become part of a moment whose importance may not be fully understood today.

Because sometimes the significance of an opportunity becomes clear only years later.

When a student graduates.

When a young adult gets their first job.

When someone begins supporting their family.

When a former displaced child becomes a person helping others overcome adversity.

We cannot see that future yet.

But we can help make it possible.

Today may be an ordinary day for us.

For one child, it could become the beginning of something extraordinary.

Donate today. Help create a moment a child may one day look back on and say: “That was when my future opened again.”
