Every Child in Nigeria Deserves a Chance to Learn

Conflict takes many things from children.

It can take away their homes.

It can separate them from familiar communities.

It can expose them to fear, uncertainty, poverty, and trauma.

But we must not allow conflict to take away their education too.

For displaced families struggling to survive, even the most basic costs associated with schooling can become overwhelming. Without support, children may remain outside the classroom for months or years, increasing their vulnerability to child labour, exploitation, abuse, and long-term poverty.

GoGreen wants to change that story.

Through Every Child in Nigeria Deserves a Chance to Learn, we aim to support 500 conflict-displaced and vulnerable children in Nasarawa State with the resources they need to access and continue their education.

Our support includes school enrollment assistance, basic school-related costs, uniforms, learning materials, psychosocial support, safe learning opportunities, and child protection referrals.

Education is more than reading and writing for a displaced child.

It is protection. It is stability. It is confidence. It is possibility.
