Event management is the process of planning and hosting a variety of public and private events for social or business purposes. In our case we will be hiring out items such as tents, chairs, tables etc. And the funds got will basically go to offset the school fees expenses that has become unbearable and left many children not attending school. In the long run, this project will reduce the illiteracy levels and unemployment in the community of Wakiso Sub-county.
Another Hope Children's Ministries has many projects which include Education for all where it gives hope to disadvantaged children to pursue their education to achieve their dreams in life see Education has been proved to a door one can attain their dreams. However in the midst of this service to humanity, there arises the problem of insufficient funds to cater for all the needs of the children under our care. And hence need to source out other sources of income.
The Incomes received through hiring of the items we buy, will be saved and used later to carter for the children's Education needs and some kept it sustain the project
It will help to solve the problem of unemployment in our country since many jobs will be up for grabs like drivers, managers, cleaners etc.
