Not Guilty believes in partnerships. This is why we have reached out to several non profits and companies to partner with them in keeping women safe in their work place.
The uniqueness of the program we present is the involvement of men in the training as they are a big part of the solution to harassment in the work place.
Due to COVID, we relied mainly in trainings on zoom and Facebook Live but are hoping to return to in person training. The games, support and worksheets are much more lively in person.
But for now, we need to be wise and resilient and rely on other venues for training.
