Closing the Gap in Menstrual Health Management (MHM)
In 2025, our mission to provide comprehensive menstrual health solutions reached a significant milestone. While reusable sanitary pads are a sustainable alternative to disposables, their effectiveness depends entirely on the user having supportive, high-quality underwear. Thanks to our GlobalGiving donors, we successfully closed this gap for thousands of schoolgirls across our partner communities in Africa.
2025 Achievements & Impact
The success of this year was defined by the incredible generosity of our donors and the seamless integration of three core components: pad kits, underwear and education.
1. Distribution Milestone
Total Underwear Donated: 8,524 pairs.
Total Kits Completed: Approximately 2,840 full pad kits
Reach: Distributed across 5 rural school districts
2. Comprehensive Menstrual Health Education
We don't just drop off supplies; we provide knowledge. In 2025, where possible each distribution was accompanied by a Menstrual Hygiene & Health (MHH) Workshop. These workshops cover biological facts of menstruation, kit maintenance (washing/drying), and breaking local cultural taboos.
