For a child living in poverty, a basic necessity can become a major educational barrier. A missing menstrual pad can affect a girl’s attendance. A lack of study materials can affect examination preparation. Limited household resources can place enormous pressure on a family’s ability to keep children learning.
Through Keep Her in School, F SSIBU Mission Foundation is addressing one of these challenges by providing menstrual pads to girls experiencing menstrual poverty.
This support helps girls remain prepared for school and strengthens their ability to participate in education with dignity.
Our work extends beyond menstrual support. More than 60 children are preparing to sit their final examinations in early November, and we are working to support their preparation as they approach this significant academic milestone.
These interventions demonstrate why our child-support approach focuses on practical needs. Sometimes a small resource can protect a much larger opportunity.
For donors, this means their contributions can create direct and meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
We thank everyone who has supported this mission so far.
Your generosity helps transform essential needs into educational opportunities—helping girls stay equipped, helping learners prepare, and helping children remain connected to the possibilities that education can create.
With continued partnership, we can reach more girls experiencing menstrual poverty and strengthen support for children preparing for important educational milestones.
