For some girls affected by menstrual poverty, walking into school during their period can be accompanied by anxiety and uncertainty. Having no menstrual supplies can make an ordinary school day feel like a difficult challenge.
Through the Keep Her in School initiative, F SSIBU Mission Foundation is working to change this experience by providing menstrual pads and promoting menstrual health support among vulnerable girls.
For the girls we serve, being equipped can help them approach school with greater confidence. It can help them participate in lessons, interact with classmates, and remain focused on their educational goals rather than worrying about how they will manage their menstrual needs.
We believe every girl deserves to walk through the school gate knowing that she is prepared, supported, and valued.
This commitment extends to our wider education work. More than 60 children are preparing for their final examinations in early November, and we are helping them remain focused as they work toward this important academic milestone.
Donors make these interventions possible.
Their generosity allows F SSIBU to respond to practical challenges that can have a direct effect on children’s educational experiences.
We sincerely thank everyone who has supported this mission.
Your contribution can help a girl enter school with confidence, help a learner prepare for an important examination, and help vulnerable children continue believing that education can open doors to a better future.
