Every girl deserves the opportunity to attend school without worrying about whether she has the basic supplies needed to manage her period. Unfortunately, menstrual poverty continues to affect girls in communities where families struggle to meet essential household and educational needs.
Through Keep Her in School, F SSIBU Mission Foundation is helping respond to this challenge by equipping girls with menstrual pads and strengthening menstrual health awareness.
For the girls we serve, this practical assistance can make their school experience more manageable and dignified. It helps them prepare for their periods, remain connected to lessons, and participate more confidently in school life.
Our approach is rooted in the understanding that education support must address the barriers children experience beyond the classroom. A child may be enrolled in school but still face challenges that affect her ability to participate fully.
This is why our work also focuses on children approaching important educational milestones. More than 60 children are preparing to sit their final examinations in early November, and we are working to support their preparation during this critical period.
We are grateful to donors, partners, volunteers, and well-wishers whose generosity makes this work possible.
Your support helps transform basic necessities into educational opportunities. By helping equip a girl today, you help protect her ability to learn, progress, and continue pursuing the future she deserves.
