Children and young people can carry emotional burdens that are often invisible. Stress, grief, anxiety, family difficulties, social pressure, stigma, and challenging life experiences can affect their confidence, relationships, learning, and ability to remain engaged in school and community life. F SSIBU Mission Foundation seeks to strengthen mental health awareness by creating safe, supportive spaces where children and young people can talk, learn, and be guided toward appropriate support.
Through age-appropriate awareness sessions, F SSIBU aims to help children understand their emotions, recognize when they may need help, develop positive coping skills, and know where to seek appropriate assistance. Sessions can also engage teachers, parents, caregivers, and community members so that children are surrounded by adults who listen, respond with care, and promote emotional wellbeing.
Your support can make these efforts possible. Donor contributions can help provide trained facilitators, educational and awareness materials, safe discussion spaces, community outreach, and appropriate referral pathways for children and young people who may need additional support.
Every contribution can help create environments where emotional wellbeing is treated with dignity rather than silence or stigma. By investing in mental health awareness, donors can help children feel heard, supported, and better equipped to navigate challenges while staying connected to education and their communities.
