Keep her in school

The final stage of primary education can be especially important for girls who are growing up in vulnerable circumstances. At a time when they should be concentrating on their education, some face pressures that can threaten their ability to remain in school.

F SSIBU Mission Foundation is providing final mentoring and supportive guidance to girls who are preparing to sit for their Primary Leaving Examinations. We want every girl we serve to have an opportunity to reach this milestone with confidence, dignity, and a stronger belief in her future.

Our mentorship focuses on helping girls remain committed to education while addressing issues that can affect their learning and wellbeing. Sessions can provide guidance on study habits, goal-setting, self-confidence, decision-making, personal wellbeing, menstrual hygiene, peer pressure, and planning for the transition beyond primary school.

This support is particularly important for girls who may have limited encouragement or resources within their households. By creating supportive spaces where girls can speak openly and receive positive guidance, we help them approach their final examinations with greater preparation.

Our goal is not simply to help girls sit for examinations. We want to help them complete a chapter of education without losing sight of the next one.

Donors make these interventions possible by helping us reach girls with mentorship, educational materials, counselling support, hygiene necessities, and other resources that can help remove barriers to school completion.
