Education should not become a privilege available only to the child whose family can afford it.
For vulnerable siblings, the struggle can affect the entire family. When one child is unable to return to school, other brothers and sisters may face similar risks. The pressure on parents and guardians can become overwhelming, particularly when several children require fees, uniforms, books, meals and other necessities at the same time.
This boy’s story has shown us why family-centered support is so important.
Helping him return to school has restored a sense of possibility, but it has also highlighted the needs of his siblings and other children living in similar circumstances.
We want these children to grow together with the confidence that education is part of their future—not something they must abandon whenever their family experiences financial hardship.
Through donor support, we can respond to urgent educational needs while also strengthening the wellbeing of vulnerable children and their families.
Your generosity can help keep siblings learning together, protect their dignity and prevent poverty from separating children from the opportunities they deserve.
