Dear supporters,
Teenage pregnancy remains a significant barrier to girls’ education, personal development, and future economic opportunities. For vulnerable girls, an early pregnancy can lead to school interruption, increased financial hardship, social stigma, and reduced opportunities to build an independent future. F SSIBU Mission Foundation’s Teenage Pregnancy Prevention Program focuses on prevention through education, mentorship, family engagement, and community support.
Through consistent mentorship and guidance, we provide girls with positive role models who encourage them to value their education, build confidence, set meaningful goals, and make responsible decisions about their future. Our sexual and reproductive health awareness sessions provide age-appropriate, accurate information that enables young people to better understand their health, personal choices, relationships, and the potential consequences of early pregnancy.
We also recognize that lasting change requires the involvement of families and communities. By engaging parents, caregivers, teachers, and community leaders, we strengthen communication and create supportive environments where girls can seek guidance, discuss challenges, and receive timely support before they are placed at greater risk.
The program helps girls understand how early pregnancy can affect their education, health, family circumstances, and long-term opportunities, while encouraging them to remain focused on their goals and stay in school.
For donors, supporting this initiative is an investment in prevention and potential. Your contribution helps create the mentorship, education, and community support that can keep vulnerable girls in school and protect their pathway toward a brighter future.
