Keep her in school

we are addressing an important barrier that affects children’s ability to remain in school: limited access to basic healthcare. For children living in underserved and economically disadvantaged communities, illness can quickly become a reason for missing classes, falling behind academically, or eventually dropping out.

As part of this initiative, we are supporting medical camps for underprivileged children and families in the communities we serve. These camps bring basic health services closer to children who may otherwise struggle to access medical care because of poverty, distance, or limited household resources.

The medical camps provide opportunities for children to receive health check-ups, basic medical attention, health education, and referrals where further treatment is needed. Beyond treating immediate health concerns, the initiative helps families understand the importance of prevention, hygiene, nutrition, and seeking medical attention early.

For us, keeping a girl in school means looking beyond school fees and scholastic materials. A child cannot fully concentrate on education when she is struggling with an untreated health problem. By connecting education support with community healthcare, the Keep Her in School Program is helping create healthier conditions for children to learn, grow, and remain in school.
