Thank you for working with Boys & Girls Clubs of Huntington Valley to equip 8 classrooms at the Robert Mayer Child Development Preschool at Golden West College! Thanks to your support, the classrooms are filled with educational and fun toys and activities for children ages 0-5. Kids are learning and having fun at the preschool every day and you have personally set them on the path to a great future by supporting this project. Thank you!
Since we have reached our goal of fully equipping the classrooms, the Boys & Girls Club plans to close this project on GlobalGiving, but we hope you will come see what other big plans we have to help the children and families of the Huntington Beach area.
We are now working towards raising funds for a brand new Boys & Girls Club at Golden West College that will reach kids in grades K-12. We hope you’ll stop by our project page on GlobalGiving at http://www.globalgiving.org/projects/build-a-boys-and-girls-club/.
Stephanie, a mom whose little one attends the preschool you helped equip, says, “The school and its wonderful staff create a very educational atmosphere for the minds of our young children. The layout of the new center gives not only the teachers and children a great deal of safety, but us parents too. I myself feel a great amount of comfort when dropping and picking my daughter up from the premises of this school. Thank you to all who put in the time and effort to make this school possible.”
Thank you again for helping give kids a wonderful environment to learn and play in. We hope you'll partner with the Club again to help even more families!
