Equip 50 Youth with Motorcycle Repair Skills.

During this reporting period, Elite Star Foundation continued preparatory and community engagement activities for the “Equip 50 Youth with Motorcycle Repair Skills” project in Niger State. The project is designed to provide 50 out-of-school youth with six months of practical motorcycle repair training, entrepreneurship education, starter toolkits, and support for apprenticeships or self-employment. Financially, the project has not yet received donor funding through GlobalGiving, and therefore no project funds were spent or disbursed during this reporting period. The full project budget remains $25,000, with funding required to cover training materials, workshop tools, spare parts, trainers’ costs, participant support, entrepreneurship training, starter toolkits, and post-training placement or startup assistance. The Foundation has continued promoting the project and engaging potential supporters while preparing for implementation once sufficient funding is secured. These preparatory efforts will help ensure that funds are used efficiently and directly toward training and economic empowerment of the selected youth.
