Thank you so much for supporting this project. We wanted to update you and let you know that on July 17, 2017, The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation was able to award 11 families with all-expense paid trips to participate in Epilepsy Awareness Expo and Day at Disneyland this November. Six of the families are single-parent families.
Our newest wish trip recipients are from all over the United States. The winners were.

"My daughter just turned 16 . She was dx with Lennox Gastaut syndrome just before her 4th Birthday. The summer of 2015, We took a family vacation to Florida. We where suppose to go to Disney one day while in Florida. We didn't make it to Disney instead we spent the whole vacation in the hospital. My daughter started seizing non-stop. As we where leaving Florida, she asked if "we could still go to Disney" I told her that we could not go to Disney that her seizures where too bad . She said "I will hold your hand and we will make it". My daughter was put on hospice care as soon as we returned home. She wasn't suppose to make it through the week . By the grace of god, she is still here with us today. Now I will get to walk hand in hand with her at Disney." Heather J.
