We are happy to announce that The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation (CHF) will once again be granting trips to Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland 2015 to individuals and families who struggle with epilepsy/seizures - or who have been affected by the loss of an immediate family member to SUDEP or another epilepsy related cause. We are currently accepting nominations and the full information can be seen by clicking here. The drawing will take place on July 16, 2015.
We've provided a link to a short video that shows you the faces of the 10 families CHF hosted in 2014. This was a life-changing experience for these families and you will see the thrill on their faces. You can play a part in bringing more famlies to this amazing event by supporting this ongoing project. Disney Trip Winners
