This will be the final update for this project. CHF currently has 3 projects that will be combined into one. Here is a link to the new page and we hope you will continue to follow us and support our efforts.

This page will provide information on seizure-response service dogs, the life-saving movement monitors that we assist with and updates on our Chelsea's Wish Trips.
CHF has had the privledge of providing over 107 families with all major expense paid trips to participate in Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland over the past few years. These trips include a two-day educational expo geared toward families fighting this epilepsy battle that includes over 100 exhibhtor booths featuring every resource for epilepsy.
"My daughter and family received an opportunity of a lifetime that would never have been possible if CHF didn’t sponsor us. Their use of donor dollars is 100% transparent and we were one of the recipients! Amazing foundation!!"
Thank you again so much for your continued support of the project
