Dear Donors,

Happy to meet you all once again!

The early learning centre is functioning well with your kind support. The children have beat up the heat with the fun and learning in the centre. During this quarter we received 34$ as donations. We had an unspent balance of $617.5 Out of this $549 was spent on Food, Rent, Teacher's Salary, Cook's Salary and other expenses.

Mathu (name changed) is 5 years old and is born to an alcoholic addicted father and a poor mother. Mathu's father is working in a barber shop. Due to some problems he is not living with his wife. Hence Mathu, her brother and her mother are living in her grandpa's house. Mathu's mom should earn for her two children and hence is working as a servant maid in the nearby colony.

When Mathu's mother goes out to work, there is no one to take care of the little cute child. The income earned does not allow the mother to feed her two children sufficiently and nutritiously. Taking the child to work also affected the work. It is during that time, Mathu's mom came to know about New Life's early learning centre. She got Mathu admitted in our centre. Now Mathu gets a nutritious meal from the early learning centre. She is taken care of by the New Life team and her mother can work in two more houses now which has increased their income. Mathu is also getting quality early learning education.

All the above is possible only with the support from donors like you. We need to mobilise more donations if the centre should function continuously and to feed, to protect and educate the poor little children admitted to the centre. We request your goodselves to spread words about the project to your friends and relatives so that these children can have a full meal a day.

Thanking you

Mathu
