June marks the beginning of a new year to our early learning centre like any other academic institutions. While we have new entrants like Prakash (name changed), we had to part with a few darling children who are grown up now to go to regular school.
Prakash is 2 years old and he has a dashing smile and bright, sparkling eyes. His father is a painter. He spends a major portion of his income on drinking. His mother wants to earn to take care of Prakash and his elder sister. So she is now learning to stitch clothes. Se says, "Thanks to New Life's centre for taking care of my child, unless which I could not attend the training class. Also, the staff guide me in inculcating good habits in my child."
Prakash is of normal weight but he is lacking in speech and in toilet habits. He pees where he is. Hence the teacher takes additional care in training him in speech and toilet habits. His mother is given tips to train him at home. We are sure within March 2020 he will be able to speak better and will adhere to the toilet habits.
Children like Prakash, whose mothers could not afford to take care of their kids, are cared for in New Life's early learning centre. All this is possible only with the support from you dear donors. Kindly keep supporting us. We need more funds to pay for the meals, salary and rent of the centre. So, please do spread words about your favourite project to your friends and relatives. Your words carry weight.
Thank you once again.
