We are pleased to share that our girls' education project has supported 30 girls to enrol in and remain in secondary school, helping them overcome financial barriers that might otherwise interrupt their education. We are especially proud that three of our girls are graduating this year, a milestone that reflects their resilience, determination, and the value of sustained educational support.
Stationery for the girls has been purchased, and we are currently planning to provide menstrual pads and supplies to support them through the end of 2026 as we commemorate the International Day for the Girl Child 2026.
We also plan to cover JAMB registration and examination costs for three girls, alongside WAEC and NECO examination fees for those who require them.
However, sustaining this project remains a challenge due to limited and inconsistent funding. We are reviewing its future while exploring opportunities to keep the programme running. As we look forward to Giving Tuesday, we hope to attract more recurring donors whose regular contributions will help us plan confidently and continue supporting these girls through critical educational milestones.
To our existing donors, thank you for investing in the futures of these girls. Your support has helped keep them in school, and we invite you to continue this journey with us. Together, we can ensure that financial hardship does not become the reason a girl must abandon her education.
