Greetings!
So far, we have taken baby steps but have made some progress towards the enrollment and retainment of 30 girls in school. We are still bent on achieving this worthy cause with you!
Since the April campaign we got 1 donor with $50 and that has covered for 8 girls need of textbooks and 2 girls menstrual sanitary needs for a whole session. This is making a difference for our girls.
We are yet to visit the paramount traditional rulers for advocacy but we have carried out several sensitization and awareness creation on girl child education. The visit to the paramount traditional rulers will be done in by August.
We leveraged on the Day for Menstrual Hygiene to create awareness both online and offline on the need to break the silence and end menstrual poverty.
We look forward to the Day for the Girl Child so we can make more impact and raise more donors for this cause.
