Solve Education! is a non-profit organization that is committed to helping children and youth around the globe receive quality, effective education. Whether these children and youth don't go to school, or the traditional education they do receive is ineffective, we are here to help. Our team is made up of experienced educationists, technologists, and business executives. What do we have in common? Our driving passion is to close the global education gap, one child at a time.
Millions of children in Indonesia are out of school. The children at the highest risk of being left behind are those who face barriers linked to poverty, diversity politics, gender, disability, armed conflict and displacement. Poor access to quality education entrenches cycles of inequality by preventing disadvantaged children from attaining the skills to change their economic situation.
We are creating systems and technologies which engage students and develop their skills, but can be accessed for free on low-end technology. We leverage ubiquity of smartphones, increase in penetration game mechanics, social network, incentives to improve learning motivation. After we provide access to education for these young people, we help them increase their income prospects by directing them to our BPO platform so they can get an internship or employment opportunities.
Our future generations will have equal access to the economic knowledge and they will attain critical and technical skills and confidence in their ability to learn, adapt to changes and solve problems. At least a thousand of Indonesian out-of-school young people will be directly benefiting from our project.
